Environmentally Speaking

Being such a new build, Timber Trails incorporates many features of benefit to the environment. For example, it is insulated to Scandinavian standards and fully double glazed, thereby eliminating much heat loss, and has one of the most energy efficient heating systems installed. If you would like to recycle some of your rubbish, there are facilities by Kippford Village Hall where you can recycle Paper, Glass (Green, Brown, Clear) and Cans (Aluminium, Steel, Aerosols).  We have allocated shelved areas in the garage to help you sort out your recycling.  We also have a composting bin at the back of the garden which is available for compostable waste.
